The new Becker Traffic Assist Z 213 impresses throughout: refined design, optimised high-resolution 3D views, impressive navigation performance, Bluetooth® connection and individually configurable content. Features such as NAVTEQ Traffic Patterns, driver alerts, Becker Economic Route Guidance and the display of traffic warning signs along the route make the journey easier and ensure safety and economic driving.

Brand new: road and route sections such as long-term road works or restricted through-roads can now be blocked permanently, on specific weekdays or at specific times of the day.
The new vehicle bracket and charger cable with removable TMC antenna make integration in the vehicle easier, as do the individually selectable display colours.

BECKER ECONOMIC ROUTE GUIDANCE
Calculates the most economic route to your destination based on statistical/mathematical methods and many years of experience from the automotive industry. Travel time and fuel consumption are optimally combined, enabling you to save time and fuel and so play an active part in protecting the environment.

FREE LIFETIME TMC*
Free lifetime TMC is a traffic holdup warning service. The service provides the latest reports on traffic conditions and hold-ups within Germany, thereby optimizing dynamic route calculation.
Free lifetime TMC reports are compiled with current traffic flow data that are automatically recorded with sensors. The data are transmitted to a data centre, where they are analysed and relayed to navigation systems.

3D NAVIGATION DISPLAY
The 3D navigation display has been further optimised. 3D terrain and city views as well as landmarks are displayed in high resolution and high detail. The end result is a more realistic route display and easier orientation.

BLUETOOTH® WIRELESS TECHNOLOGY
The Bluetooth® interface is designed for connecting Bluetooth®-compatible mobile phones. Telephone numbers and addresses can be directly entered via the touch-screen display or selected from a list of contacts.

TRAFFIC WARNING SIGNS
The traffic warning signs, which are displayed according to their importance and relevance, enhance safety and offer a better overview of the anticipated driving situation, during the journey. The relevant traffic warning signs are shown on the display along the route.

CONTENT MANAGER
Using the Content Manager software on your PC, you can customise the configuration of your device, transferring for example preferred map data, voice and game settings directly to the navigation system.

PERMANENT ROUTE BLOCKING
Blocks road and route sections permanently, on specific weekdays or at specific times of the day. This enables you to permanently block long-term road works or restricted through-roads, for example.

NAVTEQ TRAFFIC PATTERNS
Accumulated traffic data are included in route calculations, enabling the device to determine optimal routes according to the day of the week and time of day. Frequently jammed roads and junctions are thereby avoided.
